YOGA ON TAP AT OLD BUST HEAD BREWING COMPANY

Come sweat with us in this Vinyasa style yoga class with special guest instructor (and Old Bust Head alumni), Jaimis Huff. This class will be taught to ALL-LEVELS, so beginners and experienced yogis are welcome!

Jaimis' playful approach to teaching encourages you to step outside of your comfort zone and try things you never believed possible. She is an ambassador for lululemon and when she's not leading workshops, teacher trainings and retreats, you’ll find her spending as much time as possible in handstands, the sunshine, living in the moment and practicing compassion, love and yoga in all forms. Her classes are powerful, approachable and always full of opportunities to get upside-down. You'll leave feeling strong, inspired and with a deeper sense of trust in who you truly are.
