Life can be chaotic and stressful. Meditation is one of the best tools we have to balance our emotions and deal with the constant state of “fight or flight” many of us experience daily. Join Jaimis on the first Monday of each month for a guided Meditation x Relaxation Session :: class is experienced lying down and begins with deep breathing techniques to soothe your nervous system, stimulating the “relaxation response” which is the opposite of the “fight or flight” response. Jaimis will guide you through relaxing specific muscles in the body then lead you through mental images and visualizations help you find a calm and peaceful state.
*Mats and blankets are provided. You are welcome to bring your own if you'd prefer.
*Suitable for both beginners and more advanced meditation practitioners
